Most of our office work happens before people arrive or after they leave, which means our staff hold keys and alarm codes. Everybody is trained and DBS checked.
What the work usually includes
Exactly what's included is agreed at the site visit. This is the usual starting point.
Desks and work surfaces
Wiped and dusted where desks are clear. We agree a clear-desk arrangement so nothing gets moved.
Kitchens and breakout areas
Worktops, sinks, microwaves, fridges outside and bins emptied.
Washrooms
Cleaned, sanitised and restocked, with consumables agreed as part of the quote.
Meeting rooms and reception
The rooms clients see, reset and presentable for the morning.
Floors and glass
Vacuuming, hard floors, internal glass and partitions.
Bins and recycling
Emptied and taken to your collection point on an agreed schedule.
What decides the price in an office
- How many people use the space daily. Footfall drives kitchens and washrooms more than floor area does.
- How often you need us: every day, a few times a week, or once weekly.
- When the work happens: before opening, evenings, or during the working day.
- Whether washroom consumables are supplied by us or by you.
- Shared buildings, where parts of the building are cleaned by the landlord already.

Can you clean before or after our working hours?
Yes, that is how office cleaning usually works. Tell us the hours that suit you at the site visit and the schedule is built around them.
Do you supply toilet rolls, soap and hand towels?
We can, or you can keep buying your own. Some offices prefer to. Either way it is agreed and written into the quote so there is no confusion about who restocks what.
