A clubhouse is a hospitality building that happens to have a golf course attached. Members judge it on the changing rooms and the toilets, and visitors judge it on the bar and the function room.
The timing is the hard part. Early starts mean the clubhouse has to be done before the first players arrive, and a wedding or society day on Saturday leaves a very different building behind on Sunday morning.
That variability is exactly why we visit before quoting. A club with two hundred members and a busy function diary is a different contract to a quiet course with a bar and a locker room.

Can you clean before the first tee time?
Yes, for most clubs that is the only sensible slot. We agree the exact time at the visit so the clubhouse is ready before members arrive.
Can you turn the function room round after an event?
Yes. Weddings, societies and club nights can be booked as an additional visit on top of the regular schedule, so you are not paying for it every week.
Do you clean the kitchen?
We cover front-of-house and the general areas. A commercial kitchen deep clean is specialist work with its own standards, so if that is what you need we will say so rather than take it on.
